Kim was someone who gained our confidence over time as our property manager. We considered other firms and agents, but it was obvious that she would be the very best agent to promote and sell the property. We were confirmed in our judgement as Kim did a great job evaluating the property, presenting it to buyers, and negotiating the sale and closing. Kim did a great job for us. She was very responsive and offered great feedback and advice. Our schedules are very hard to work with. Kim was always available for us.

Even though she was feeling under the weather she came and sat in her car while I signed for my house, and made sure to congratulate me from a distance to make sure I knew she was there for me. She also took everything that I said into consideration and made sure I understood what I was getting into since this was my first home.

Kim worked diligently , showed tenacity and perseverance throughout the entire process. She faced difficult demands in constraints and time lines in this relocation. She was very prompt in every exchange, through in document requirement and very attentive. We had to use another agent to sell our previous home due to distance of the relocation.and other agents over time. Kim is by far the best agent we have ever dealt with in every manner. I say that with the understanding that we were a fairly demanding client. She handled that professionally as well. Kim Clingenpeel was great on getting back with me when I had questions or concerns. Kim new my hours were tough and could not be predicted. She would change her schedule so that we could chat at 2300 and would send those helpful appointment reminders. Kim is the type of individual that if she does not know an answer she soon will and is prompt to supply it to you. Kim goes that extra mile, that is refreshing in this time era. That speaks volumes if your selling pizzas, cars, cloths, and yes homes!
